In a seller’s real estate market with low home inventory and a high demand for those homes, it is somewhat easier for people to sell their own homes. It’s still tough, but I have to say it is easier than it would be in a buyer’s market with tons of houses for sale. Having said this, I believe that a Real Estate Agent must bring something new and innovative to the table in order to earn the right to represent a seller.
Everyone knows that technology is making it easier for people to feature their own homes on various websites, such as Zillow, Trulia, and Homes. Not only is it easy for sellers to post their homes on those sites, but those sites are also well established in terms of Google search rankings. That means that when a potential buyer types in “homes for sale in Boca Raton” in the Google search field, those sites usually pops up on the first page of the search results. This is great for sellers, because we all know that potential buyers do a Google search to find homes they like before calling a realtor or anything else for that matter.
Here’s the problem for the sellers, and it’s quite ironic. Because the Zillow, Trulia, and Homes websites have made it so easy for sellers to post their own homes, far more people are doing it. Therefore, these websites have a pretty large vault (if you will) of featured homes in all regions that are essentially competing against each other for potential buyers. Now, a seller’s home could be getting lost in the shuffle so to speak.
As an innovative Realtor, I can establish unique and innovative digital marketing techniques that will set your home apart from the rest. As mentioned earlier, people invariably use the internet to search for homes these days. When on the Internet, we all know that Google is the overwhelming favorite for anyone searching for anything. Google’s elaborate algorithm posts the best websites for each search term first, so no one ever feels the need to venture past the first page or even scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Please refer to the image at the top of this post for an example of this post. This is a real image of an ad I posted on Google for the search term “camino gardens boca raton”. Placing the ad not only takes a certain level of expertise, but it’s also fairly expensive to run. I clearly know how to effectively place the ad, and I will cover the cost to run it. The ad, prominently listed at the top of the Google’s first page, will lead potential buyers to a page within my own website that will feature a seller’s home exclusively. There will be no other homes for sale listed on that particular page, so there is no way for your home to get lost in the shuffle.
This is only one example of the marketing techniques I have at my disposal to sell your home in the least amount of time at the highest possible price.
