I keep posting about this neighborhood, because it offers a tremendous opportunity people that want flip a home or actually live in the neighborhood. I took the 2 pictures above today, and they accurately represent the current state of that neighborhood. There are still plenty of those older properties in the neighborhood, but they’re going fast. In the not too distant future, the neighborhood’s going to be filled with newer, much larger homes. If you consider the types of homes that are being built along with with the location of the neighborhood (half-mile from the beach, directly behind Mizner Park, Lake Wyman Park, Art Museum, Mizner Park Amphitheater, Royal Palm Place, etc.), it’s clear that the home values will soar. Even if you buy an older home and do nothing at all to it, you will eventually sell it for a profit.
